Hot Desk Terms & Conditions

  1. Availability & Access

    • Hot desk bookings are available during The Studio’s regular opening hours.

    • Desk spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  2. Content Studio Access

    • Access to the content studio is included only for monthly hot desk members and is subject to availability.

    • If the content studio is already booked or in use, access will not be available.

    • For full-scale photoshoots or extended use, the standard studio hire rate applies.

  3. Shared Space Etiquette

    • The Studio is an open, shared working environment. Private or confidential meetings are not recommended in this space.

    • Please be mindful of noise levels to ensure a productive environment for all.

    • Hot desks must be left clean and tidy after use.

  4. Facilities & Amenities

    • Hot desk users have access to 5G WiFi, the kitchenette, and bathroom facilities.

    • External food and drink are allowed, but please be respectful of shared spaces.

  5. Bookings & Cancellations

    • All bookings must be made in advance.

    • Cancellations or changes to bookings require 24 hours’ notice to allow for other users to book the space.

  6. Liability & Responsibility

    • The Studio is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended.

    • Any damage to Studio property must be reported immediately and may be subject to a repair or replacement fee.
